Our self storage facilities have 24 hour access, 7 days a week. The facilities are fenced and controlled by electronic keypad entry. You may come and go as you deem necessary.

Yes. You put your own lock on the self storage unit and you keep the key. For your convenience we sell locks in our office.

We accept cash, check, money order, Master Card, Visa, Amex and Discover. We also offer a worry-free automatic credit/debit card payment plan. You may also sign up and pay online.

No, you must remove all of your belongings from the premises when you are going through your things or when vacating.

Yes, you are responsible for the insurance on your goods. In some cases your home owners or renters insurance policy will cover the storage of goods at a storage facility. Storage insurance is also available at our facilities. We recommend that you check with your insurance provider before you come into rent a unit.

You can use our Unit Size Estimator as a guide to calculating how much space you need. We highly recommend that you visit the facility and personally look at the size you are interested in before you rent a unit.

We require that you give us 10 days written notice when you decide to vacate. You can submit our online form or print a vacate notice from the administrative forms page and then either mail it in or drop it off at the facility.

We offer outdoor parking for cars and motorcycles at our Bennington, Vermont location. To find out more about what we offer see our car and motorcycle storage solutions. You may also store your car or motorcycle inside one of our units providing it fits.

Our facility is fully fenced with electronic keypad access and video cameras with monitors and recording devises.

Yes, our storage units are ground level and you can drive your car right up to your unit, with the exception of our climate controlled spaces. There are no stairs and no elevators at our facility.

Climate controlled units are designed to reduce the humidity build up. This is done by keeping your goods from freezing and overheating and by circulating the air. Our climate controlled units have both heat and A/C. We keep our thermostats set at 55 on the low end and 80 on the high end. We also circulate the air on a daily basis. We do not use a humidity control system.

We hold self storage auctions four times a year. Storage units are sold in their entirety. Please call the office for the latest schedule.
